We are very conscious of the security of our client’s information. We use the vendor Shred -It to destroy documents that have sensitive information as contents. The Shred -It truck comes monthly to take the paper out of locked boxes and shreds them onsite in their truck. The shredded paper is recycled which is important to us for enviornmental concerns.
Any of our clients can bring their old files, records etc for secured disposal with Shred-It. If it is more than a few boxes there is a small charge of $20. Just give us a call to discuss.
Our network has been designed with security in mind. We are behind hardware and software firewalls. We maintain our systems with the latest security patches and bug fixes. All systems have updated anti-virus and anti-spyware installed on them. All data on our network is stored in redundant disk arrays for security against data loss and we have nightly backups that are encrypted and rotated through offsite storage. We have an IT company that actively monitors our network 24-7 and provides onsite support for our systems.
